Cant download

will i just got my first copy of ESET Smart Security and it will not work with the 64bit download link any thoughts i have put a ticket in with eset

Are you actually prompted for a username/password when attempting to download it or just the link you got doesn't work?

link is broke i put the username and pass in and it just gives me the login screen over and over again, i know the pass and username r good it work on the 32bit link but i am using vista 64. anyone know how long eset takes to get back to someone
