Hi melissa, What exactly do you mean? Open TDS3 itself , Go to configuration - Startup - Run at windows start up and Tick no. If that is what you really mean :)

Or if you mean to start TDS manually after windows startup just start TDS from it's icon; if you mean the scanning, once TDS is up in the System Testing you can press the full system scan or other scan options you like from the menu.
