Hello,
As long as NOD32 is being used on only one machine at a time you may uninstall and reinstall as often as you like.
You would do that the same way you did the first time, download the version that you are licensed for and then install.

My need to reinstall due to hdd failure and new replacement hdd/pc purchase.
Will my re-download be OK do you think?
Appreciate the help so far, thank you.

As BFG said above

NOD isn't locked to a specific machine although they can tell if the license is being used on more machines than the license allows.

Paul, I think that is the heart of the question right there, and you answered it. Some software are "registered" to a specifi user/machine as a way to prevent software theft. Moving some software programs to another computer will not work simply due to their unlock code being specific to the original machine.
