Disabling boot sector scan

My wife is trying out the NOD32 as I uninstalled her AVG for the time to try this.
She has multi boot capability with a program called System Commander that allows a computer user to boot into one of several different installed Operating Systems. However, SC controls the booting and I am worried that if I have it scan the boot sector and it finds System Commander and it's boot setup it might change it. Would this be an setting to simply "bypass" in it's scanning of the computer?

I run Avast! 4.7 Pro at the moment and this NOD 32 really looks like a great program.;D Only wish I had tried it out a bit sooner.

man r u advertise other antivirus this is eset nod32 fourm not avast

Not really advertising Avast!, but I do use it. Each antivirus seems to have it's own unique qualities.

By the way, "Man" should have a capital M, r=are u=you fourm=forum (spelling error) avast should be Avast! and eset nod32 should be ESET NOD32. Before you criticize me on mentioning another Anti-Virus program you need to take typing-101.

uncheck boot sector in all setup objects
or exclusions the program

I've already done that, unchecking the boot sector scan. You forgot to mention there is also the other scans where each drive letter has a checkmark for boot sector scan, so I also unchecked them as well.

Do I really need to concern myself with the scanning of the boot sector?
