Where Can I Find COMCTL32.OCX

I have tried to run BHOList, but the program won't run because I don't have COMCTL32.OCX. Does anyone know where I can get this elusive file? Please help.

In stead of BHO-list you can also use this site:
http://www.sysinfo.org/bholist.php
