Offline updating Mcafee 2008

Hi

I want to know is there any solution to update mcafee total protection 2008 offline ? I downloaded superdat but it did not be install so I want to know how can i update it offline ? (by server or file)

for instance how can I use DAT file which I downloaded to update my MCAFEE ?

Hello nimaoy. Get the latest X-DAT utility (Eg: 5216xdat.exe) here (ftp://ftp.nai.com/pub/antivirus/superdat/intel/). Be sure to read the readme.txt (ftp://ftp.nai.com/pub/antivirus/superdat/intel/readme.txt) for instructions.
