Anyone having trouble getting the site to download the latest version? I have been trying since yesterday and it never begins. Extremely slow using FF or IE.

I know the site. Still will not work. Have you tried it?

Given the long distance I have to traverse, it gets there but it's somewhat slow. What does a tracert ftp.drweb.com say from your location ?

i get the download at over 200kbps, which is still kinda slow... but its less than 30 seconds i think, so whats the rush :)

Comes back all good. I wonder if its Comodo or NOD32. All other downloads work from any other site. I get an 425 failed connection error in FF.

-{ Quote: "so whats the rush :)" }-Wishing I could take the same trip the tracert took....London, Frankfurt, Paris. I definetly wouldn't be in a rush 8)

I downloaded it today to use on someone's computer. It was a slow download. I think only around 56 kps so thats just the way it is I guess.

I got it. I changed Comodo firewall rules for Firefox to custom instead of web browser. :D

Ok for anyone who has Comodo and has this problem I found the cure. The Web Browser Policy default has an error in the rule for ftp. Edit the ftp rule so the destination port is "any" so it will support passive ftp. It now works when I try and download Dr.WebCureit. :D
