The Full Mode of TI is Linux-based. In this case, Linux is not shutting down properly. You can submit a support request to Acronis or you can just ignore it and reboot.
If you haven't, you could also try the quiet acpi=off noapic option detailed in Section II of the PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU POST (http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=55317) thread?

ATI's instantiation of linux is not shutting down properly. Other ones might work better. With ATI 11 Acronis switiched to a new linux verson and the growing pains are causing probs like yours.

When it works, it's the best. When it doesn't; Oy Veh!
It works for most folks that use it. Unfortunately, version 11 has some serious bugs, more than anyone would expect in a publicaly released product. Lots version 10 users that ried 11 went back to version 10. If and wehn version 11 is substantially fixed, it will be as good as 10 and probably work on more kinds of hardware setups than 10 rather than fewer.
So the best thing is to try before you buy, which Acronis let's one do for free. If you've bought 11 and have probs, you can ask for refund within the 30-day period, contact tech, or wait for new build to be released with fixes that hopefully will address your prob. For some probs there are work-arounds. You can work around the scheduled task problem by using the windows task scheduler. and you can avoid the ATI bootCD probs by making a Vista PE disk.
