View Full Version : False Positive from Avast Home

Hello,
This morning I started a OnDemand scan and right away Avast detected a Virus in C:\Program Files\ServicesController XP Uninstall.exe with the name of:
Win32:Trojan-gen(UPX)
I suspect it's a false positive. I did scan my PC then with Dr.Web CureIt and SuperAntispyware and they found nothing.
What do you think?

I'm guessing it's packed with UPX (http://upx.sourceforge.net/).

If it's still being detected, please submit the file to avast virus lab virus@avast.com
Cheers
