I'm behind a router (Thompson/Speedtouch 780 - with firewallo n)) and I have WinXP firewall on. I was looking through the settings of the WinXP firewall and under the LAN-settings (Settings --> Services) I saw MDAP-1 and MDAP-2.
Does anyone know what this is? MDAP-1 uses UDP port 3235 for both internal and external communications and MDAP-2 uses UDP port 65000 (also internal and external). I haven't adjusted settings (ever) in the WinXP firewall so I'm not sure if I should leave these two items checked or not.
I hope somebody can help me out here.
