View Full Version : Echo Bug: If an error occurs,re-attempt in (minutes) Not WorkinG!

I enabled this feature. But whenever a backup crashes of mine or doens't work there is no re-attempt at all
Has anybody seen this ever work? Please fix acronis!
p.s ALSO IN YOUR MANUALS NOTHING IS WRITTEN ABOUT THIS FEATURE!

Thank you for choosing Acronis Corporate Disk Backup Software (http://www.acronis.com/enterprise/products/).
Could you please collect the application log of the operation:
- run the program;
- select Show log on the toolbar or from the Tools menu;
- select the corresponding log (created for the operation when you expected the reattempt option to activate);
- click "Save the log entry to file" (the diskette icon).
Then submit a request for technical support (http://www.acronis.com/enterprise/my/support/). Attach all the collected files and information to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with a solution.
