Runtime Error in XP

I have a short cut icon to open an page in IE and every time I click on it I get a little Error box saying A Runtime Error has occurred. Do you wish to Debug? Line:103 Error:'s' is undefined. What can I do. I have clicked on yes but I don't know what to do.
