Microsoft said it will just be released to the 15,000 official beta testers who can download it through Windows Update.

Quick question: is SP3 just a big patch (all patches since SP2 plus some extra patches), or does it come with additional features?

As far as I'm aware Pedro it contains small improvements over the last refresh. If i should get hold of anything official as to what changes have been made then i will post them here
