Larry,
It is probably quickest to pursue this directly through you reseller or direct purchase channel. However, on the off chance.., have you verified that there are no dangling spaces on the username/password?

are they for the suite or AV. Be careful which program you choose to download because if you choose the wrong one it wont work. I have the AV and have gone to their download page, home user, and clicked on the suite. I set there for 10 minutes entering my information just to have it not work. Then I realized I was choosing the wrong product. Talk about feeling stupid.

sorry, thats weird though as I have never had a issue downloading from them. Make sure the CAPS is off for the password. They will get it resolved.

it'll work out but my wife was giving me the business as I messed up her computer because I had to uninstall the AV, her machine is a business machine so I can't have it open to security risks...

-{ Quote: "didn't mean to sound grumpy" }-Yeah, sometimes grumpiness shows up in a thread title when more times than not it's a problem that is easily solveable, at which time Eset doesn't deserve the titles given.
