Freeze

Hi.
I'm using for the 1st time an ESET product.
Every time i download something (software most of the times) it freezes my browser (firefox) from a few seconds to almost a minute.
This never happened with other antivirus like avira or kaspersky with real time protection.
Also notice this on my college since they changed antivirus and installed ESET Antivirus.
Any special configuration to present this?
I know one that always solves the problem, that is disabling antivirus while downloading...:-\

Temporary until ESET fix it ...
In the Advanced Setup Tree -> Web-access protection -> ThreatSense engine options , uncheck usage of "Advanced heuristics" . Just in the web protection module . It will remain active in other modules

EDIT:
Well it isn't.
I had tested with antivirus disable; the moment i turn it on (with advanced heuristics disable) it still freezes my browser (not the computer) even when i'm downloading a small program like imgburn (1,25 MB).
