You might try to get this update from windows update page. it might be the one you need unless you have already gotten it.

I don't think you've said yet if you've followed the other advice and checked the Windows Update Log that is stored on your system. It can sometimes give better information about these types of problems.

On XP, it is usually located in the "c:\Windows" folder and it's name is "Windows Update.log" Open it in Notepad and go down to the bottom and start reading upwards looking for error messages.

The log has time and date stamps in it so you can see what errors are associated with whatever last attempt you made to use Windows Update.

I have downloaded all important updates I think...

I found the file ;) is it safe to post these, will it help, i consider these errors to be of the most serious problem yet found, is it ok when using a laptop for a long time..will it crash it if one of the hardware of software parts goes lazy, best it crashed many times like screen blue text, or bang black or weird pattern then off, all very manic!

there all called serious system errors! and I could never afford any lose :-\ I still am not safe with my hd backup:(

it may take time and i still get nightmares :P it sucks because it can happen any time

and i may lose everything :'(

if i could get maybe in time a remote connection help?

do you recommend this as a possible way

Yes, you can post that - but not the whole file. Just a section that shows times that correspond to the time you got the above error using Windows Update. 20 or 25 lines is plenty if they show the errors from that time period. Just copy and paste them into a reply here.
