v2 Versus v3

Sorry if this has been posted before, but has there been any discussions on v2 versus v3 which is really better, which would you choose, and why?

v3 it seems since it came out has had some issues/bugs...

And I'd really like to know if the detection/cleaning of v3 is really better then v2? When I ask this, all I'm interested in is the AV, not the Security Suite...

I like v2 better:
- No blurry text!
- No major bugs
- Clean simple interface and settings
- Puts less strain on the cpu which = better performance overall
