hi guys,
first of all i want to tell that i m very happy to see a forum where people are sharing there knowledge and helping the novice users...
i recently purchased a dell laptop with windows vista. it contains a recovery partition of 10 GB. i want to make a bootable backup DVD of complete hard disk (so that if i accidentally delete the recovery partition or my hard disk crashes) , i can recover my complete hard disk with recovery partition in it.
i tried to create a .tib image of complete hard disk but an error occurred that acronis failed to read data from some part of hard disk... how can i create image of the complete hard disk with all partitions... i guess the error occurred because the recovery partition is protected by windows and windows stops acronis to read from recovery partition...
plz help as soon as possible...
