What's the possibility that Disk Director or True Image will work in Windows Home Server?

I doubt that DD will work as HomeServer seems to use a different disk structure.
As far as TI is concerned then the only thing I can tell you is the Echo Enterprise probably won't work correctly.
I have managed to make an image, but there was a problem if you wanted to mount the image - HomeServer saw the virtual drive as new hardware, and promptly would reboot the system - losing the virtual drive in the process.
This I'm told will be fixed in later versions of Echo.

Doesn't Windows Home Server have its own built-in backup mechanism? I assume that it uses a lot of the Vista kernel so it would probably use VSS for backups.
