hello,

quick question,

since SM updated its version (to the black one),

196221

i cant seem to find the 'software un-installer' feature, have they removed it from their feature-list?

im going to be a little angry if they have removed this feature, it used to remove programs SUCCESSFULLY including all registry entries etc.

IF, and only if it has now been removed, what does everyone recommend?

because we all know windows add-remove does not do this.

Well, I don't like system optimizers and cleaners, specially those with "one-click = fix all" approach.
In my case, this kind of software does nothing to improve performance and/or reliability.

ok but you use the software, right?

can you find the un-installer part of the program to remove other programs?

it was in the previous version, but i cant seem to find it on this new interface, have they deleted this feature?

Hi,

I have it and use it occasionally.

The uninstaller (to uninstall other programs) is gone on v.7

Too many features are either auto or one click---too dangerous.

There are many others better than it. and I prefer v.6

YourUninstaller 2008 is a reliable app, and is my primary tool for that purpose.

Take care. Seasons Greetings.

yes YOURuninstaller trial is working great,

but SM7 did have the uninstaller to remove other programs, its only since this new black version that it has been removed. (also v7)

its a shame because i really liked that feature in SM7.

No, I would have informed you in my previous post if I did. Sorry. Have you asked iolo?

{QUOTE-> "The tough thing about designing computer utility software (the stuff that optimizes, corrects errors, does file recovery, etc.) is that the people who buy it expect high performance from their PC -- otherwise, they wouldn't be buying the software. That means if it doesn't work perfectly, you're going to hear complaints. So I always take any first-hand reviews I hear of utility software with a grain of salt. You should, too."

Never good new's when a product carries more negative, than positive response (v7 in general).
