need some help

hey im new here-
ive been doing a few things to get rid of spyware on my computer. i ran cw shredder, ad-aware, and spybot search & destroy. i also downloaded a few updates from microsoft. since then, i havent been able to open my aol mail through IE. there are 3 errors that disallow the mail to properly load. if anyone has any specific know-how id be greatly appreciative. heres the three errors.

Error: 'dig' is undefined

Error: Expected ')'

Error: syntax error

Hi curtis630,

Searching the Google groups I found a few of similar cases. All unanswered and most after getting the latest Windows updates.

In Add/Remove Software there should be a list of Qnumbers or Hotfixes.
If you know which ones where installed that could have triggered the problem try removing them.

If you are able to pinpoint the "guilty" one, I would appreciate it, if you post back.
