View Full Version : Progress indicator not working

I am running TI V11 on an XP (fully updated) system and the progress indicator says on 0% despite the fact I can see the router is working it's circuits off.
This is not a big problem,I know, but it is helpful to know roughly how long the backup has to go ,and,as the indicator is there,it should work.
Anyone one with a solution?

I noticed the same thing with Acronis 11 on Vista. Acronis version 9 just plain worked right.
I also have the problem of the differential file getting huge...half the size of the original backup after about 4 days of backup. Version 9 with XP was always very small. Yes, I have defrag turned off and, no, I have not made any big changes. The differential just decides to become a mega bloated file. Something's wrong somewhere. :-(
I loved old version 9.

My solution to cure this problem and others was to revert back to Version 10.

There is a known bug that Acronis are aware of, that not only some people suffer your problem, but also, where the bar does work it is quite inaccurate.
