network traffic monitoring

I'm looking for software that i can use to send traffic between 2 computer and monitor that traffic. Im using windows OS. Any suggestions.

Hi yung, for sending traffic/packet, we have a free tool - Colasoft Packet Builder with which you can create customized packets and send these packets to desired IP address.
