Hi,
What is difference between ESS and EAV ?
I think, only two features are extra in ESS
Firewall
Antispam
anything else ?

Thats basically it. One is a suite and the other is just AV.

Don't use that word! ;D
ESET like to think of it as an integrated application, not a cobbled-together suite. I'm inclined to agree with them.

I hope Eset takes their claim of integrated, non-suite"ness" seriously. I stayed with NOD32 because of both results and engineered efficiency. If they can merge a good FW (not there yet) resulting in overall synergies and efficiency then I'll stay.
SPAM is a big problem, but it cannot be effectively handled at the desktop. It can only be handled well at the trunks like ISP's or dedicated WAN centers where the quantity and volume allows algorithms to be used. Fortunately it benefits everyone in the chain if it is filtered as soon as possible and reduces load and unless you have a raw IP (is this possible) heavy filtering is already happening.
Between my ISP and my separate DNS service I get vast reduction in SPAM.
