I'm not really all that positive on people posting discount offers, coupon codes, and other sales or purchase related topics here as it is, since there is a fine line between that and spamming. Who is to say that the links posted are always legitimate, or that the products people post them for are good, safe and effective, versus being some kind of scam or even malware? A lot of "discount product" links are removed as spam here. So, I don't think we want to encourage that even more by providing something like a sticky thread. Also, formalizing it like that might make some people think we've done some sort verification and therefore recommend either the product or the channel selling it.

Try THIS (http://www.couponcabin.com/computers-software/coupons.htm) coupon cafeteria. You can subscribe for email notices. I did NOT subscribe but I do visit there whenever I plan to buy something. I have picked up a few good deals by doing so.

I found them via an article in Wall Steet Journal.

supposed to be a academic edition but myself and a number of others i know have ordered from them and we have all recieved our full version vista premium's.. 72$ with free shipping.. the academic version is a FULL version even though it says upgrade it can be installed like a full retail copy and the key works just as if any other does. i bought three copies.. just thought id post it up for all of you..the companies are "supposed" to ask for verification of academic status but this company states they do not require any proof or any kind of verification..
