Why Internet Explorer protection is disabled

Hi, Everytime I turn my computer on. I click to overview of spyware blaster status.I notice 12 items of internet explorer protection is diabled.I enable all protection but these items disables again when I turn my computer on. could anyone help me on this. I appriciate your assistance. Thanks
