I have Nod32 2.7 and just found out about ESS. My license just ran out so I'm not sure whether to get Nod32 3.0 or ESS.

Does ESS have the same exact AV as the Nod32 3.0 AV? Or is it somehow a "lesser" version? I know ESS has firewall among other things, but my main concern is whether or not ESS has the full complete Nod32 3.0 in it.

And how much does it cost to upgrade from 2.7 to ESS?

Hello da233

ESS SECURITY SUITE uses the same antivirus that standalone 2.7 is using

Uh, that seems strange. Why would it use 2.7 instead of the newer 3.0?

Basically on the eset website, it gives you an option to buy ESS or Nod32 3.0 AV standalone.

I just want to make sure that the ESS package contains the exact same Nod32 3.0 AV that's in the standalone version.

And can an ESS account work with the Nod32 standalone version?

Yes ess Contains The exactly same av as the standalone eav version

hope that helped
