Hi,
I am looking for a tool (or, better, an excel formula) to convert IPs blocks from CIDR format to IPs range format
IE:
CIDR: 216.9.176.0/20 = NetRange: 216.9.176.0-216.9.191.255
I've found a tool that do the over side only.
