HELP! Installed Director Server trial and now server won't come up

Installed Disk Director Server on a 2003 SBS and now it will only come up in safe mode. When I start up the server, I get the initial splash screen and then it just goes to a black screen with no disk activity.

I can't uninstall in safe mode, so I'm kind of stuck. What can I do at this point?
