winpatrol compatible with adaware etc

I currently use avast with adaware and spybot plus spyware blaster and spyware guard all freeware versions. Is winpatrol compatible with my current software and does it offer any coverage that I don't already have?

Why wouldnt it be compatiable?

As for coverage, well yes, assuming you don't have anything to monitor startups.
