Does anyone feel like this is worth installing yet?.... I only see post of troubles so far... no positive reports except it uses less resources?


And why is it now a .msi instead of a .exe?

Because in Active Directory networks you can install or update the software easier with MSI.

I would wait till v3 is fixed it's broken at present...

You still can't build a .mst with the configuration editor to apply over established installs which is very disappointing. The whole reason I was looking forward to .msi packages was for this.

Please note, 566 is not available on the trial. (Or it wasn't at the time I posted this¬)

Sorry, but was the sense of this thread ? 3.0.566 was avaible for a longer time. Or am i understand something wrong ???

I see nothing new or changed ? ???Are you talking about an newer Installer Version ? No idea what you guys mean.

3.0.566 is the latest public build available.

i believe another release is imminent. I emailed support recently about the Outlook Express problem (not opening first time) and was told that a proper fix was to be included in the next release which should be out on Monday (26th Nov).

Thats what i meant. On my calendar is the 28 th ???

Except for a couple of websites loading slow 3.0.566 works good.

Certainly, but would be very friendly it is there anyway already late to give newer information.:)
