protocol filtering help page

I'm trying to understand what the optimum settings are for ESET Nod32 AV (566) for the proxy server/HTTP/POP3/browser configuration as being discussed in the http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=192305, thread, (aren't the default settings adequate?) and noticed that the help page for protocol filtering, isn't available in ESET Nod32 AV, as it's pointing to a page from the ESS help file, which isn't there.
Are the contents presently available anywhere?
Can this be corrected in an update?
