I have a note under my keyboard which is my user name and password to open my "Nod32 Antivirus system" but this morning I went to go update it, but I lost note.

Is their away to recover my username and password?

And once I find out this problem, I want to know if I should update my computer everyday?

Thanks for the help. I got it back, and now I set it up to automatic.
