TDS and Pest Patrol/Tauscan - on same computer

Just wanting some layered protection and spyware coverage... So I'm looking to add onto my TDS registration with either Pest Patrol or Tauscan.

I only use TDS on demand for full drive scanning once and a while.. Can I safely install either Pest Patrol or Tauscan on the same computer (winXP) without affecting TDS? I don't think I'll use any of the above for background processing.

I have TDS-3, PestPatrol, Tauscan installed on my Windows 98 SE machine: no problem (PestPatrol and Tauscan: not resident here).

May I give you some advices?

1.
Do run TDS-3 resident !
That means the real-time part of it: Execution Protection !

2.
TDS-3 is considered as a far better AT than Tauscan or PestPatrol.
Adding PestPatrol onto your machine could make sense in case you would like another back-up scanner for Adaware and SpyBot Search & Destroy.
