FSIS 2008 Right Click Scan Problem

Hi Guys,

I have an annoying problem with F-Secure 2008, in that the right click manual scan no longer works. It doesn't do anything at all, no box, no nothing. I have reinstalled the product, and the problem remains. I don't really want to do a full uninstall / reinstall, as it will mean setting it all up again. I haven't contacted FS Support yet, as I thought I'd ask in here first, if anyone else had had the same problem, and also, whether it's safe to assume that the protection is still functioning. I did an EICAR test, and it blocked it immediately.

No, because last time I looked there, the lights were on but no one was home. Could try it again, although the firewall is now playing up, so I think something's got busted, and a clean reinstall is the only option.
