The website runs a java applet to see if I am behind a router or proxy.
Quote, "Your computer reported an IP address of *.*.*.*, but your actual IP address is 127.0.0.1."
But that address is the server loopback address. What does this all mean? No other firewall test site has done this.

You will find such a scan as unpredictable. It is an attempt to test you PC directly and bypass routers etc (via your outbound connection).
I have just been and allowed a scan, the result:-
195239
Your own result would indicate they had a problem to correctly test.
Do not concern yourself about this.

Your computer reported an IP address of XX.XX.XXX.XXX, but your actual IP address is XXX.XXX.X.X. ;D <--- but this time not 127...
There is a router, proxy, or firewall between you and the Internet. Your port scan results may reflect the security of your router, firewall or proxy instead of your computer
