update NOD32AV v3.0.563 to 3.0.566 fails

Hi,

I tried updating over the top, from v3.0.563 to 3.0.566. It failed with the attached .jpg error message.

Seems like a similar problem to my post here 'Update from 3.0.560 to 3.0.563 fails'

In order to get the new version to install I had to carry out the same method of manual uninstalling the previous version and doing a clean install.

Here is the .jpg.....maybe not....I don't seem to be able to post an attachment for some as yet unknown reason....will try a reboot now.

Trying again to attach Screen Print.

Hmmm, still cannot get attachment uploaded even though it is within the size spec.

EDIT: It is the same .jpg as the one in my first previous post - ...'virlog.dat'
