Upgrade version 3.0.563.0 to 3.0.566

Should I uninstall the older version and then install the new version OR can I install the new version on the old version?

You can install one over the other.

I installed 563 over 551, and now 566 over 563, both without any problems whatsoever. I didn't have to reboot either. If you watch the installer carefully, it actually uninstalls the old version first anyway.

There's basicly no need to upgrade as the only change was a fix of the bug that prevented installation on certain systems when a network connection was already established.
