DigestIT 2004 is a free utility with which you can calculate the MD5 or SHA1 checksum (HASH) of a file.
I posted about version 2003 in this thread:

It adds entries to your right-click-context-menu in Windows Explorer.
At the moment I haven't installed this new version; I'll do somewhere in the coming days.
Although I took a quick look at the new site and screenshots, it's at the moment not fully clear to me what the improvements are....
PS: CryptoSuite from DiamondCS gives far and far more possibilities than digestIT !!!
