Beyond Compare is a very nice, not-free program to compare files, folders, etc.
At the moment I haven't installed this latest version; I'll do somewhere in the coming days.

If I'm allowed (no, this is not an advertisement !!!), I would highly recommand this utility to everyone who is interested in this type of program.
It's excellent, and there are several plugins available.
