Sometimes the Web access protection is not working at all....
I' ve noticed that when I connect to the Internet (not always but quite often), the web access protection is not scanning any file at all (I' m using IE 7). The File system protection is working fine. After I reboot (or kill the egui.exe and ekrn.exe through the task manager) and I start the EAV again, everything goes back to normal.
Is there anybody having the same problem? What should I do?

Thank you in advance!!

I did the same things I described before (Kill egui and ekrn and reloaded them) and now everything is OK. But this is a problem that must be solved....

Please confirm that you have "Scan All Files" enable. Go to
Setup > Antivirus and AntiSpyware > Web access Protection > Configure > Setup (see screnshot)
