Real Threat System turned off after reboot

The antispyware/antivirus real threat system has started turning itself off either on shutdown or reboot. Anyone help on this?
Running the latest version 3.0.563.

Have you tried rebooting one more time or if this doesn't help , download the latest install and perform a repair install.

I reset the defaults for the real threat system, the runtime packers tick box in threatsense parameters was unticked, so just reset default settings. Seems to have cured the problem, but will monitor it and if it happens again, do a repair.
