View Full Version : ESS trial crashing Outlook 2002

I know there is a new version available but not for trial. I was using Kaspersky and had no problems. I like the speed of ESS but do not like Outlook crashing. I sent ESS an email but have not received a response yet. Any suggestions? Thanks.

If you did download trial from US site you got version 3.0.551 and there is a bug with outlook, they did release version 3.0.560 to fix it and they are now on version 3.0.563.

If you can find a way to download that version 3.0.563, your problem should be gone.

That is the problem, no way to trial 3.0.563 in the US. Anyone figure out how to trial it before purchase? I do not want to spend $$$ for software that may not work. Thanks.
