Can I make a suggestion, since you have added the possibility of being able to export and import a settings file for ESS, would it be possible to have a section in the installer which would ask for the settings file if one exists, if not then you simply click next? Or even have a radio button toggle labelled with "I have a settings file I would like to use" which would show a browser app if selected.

This way the program will be ready to go from the install.

I also just re-downloaded the trial and it's still version. 551, could you possibly list the version number next to downloads to save us wasting our time downloading the same thing over and over?

It seems to depend where you live on this planet... here in the UK a registered trial user, is able to download 563 and is given the opportunity to keep the original settings or to accept the ESS default settings, by just following the on screen instructions.
