I'd like to download the latest version of NOD32 v. 3.0 (563) but the site won't accept my user name and password. The update servers do accept my user name and password for updating the signature database, but will not allow me to download the latest regular (not trial) version of the software. I got my user name when I was using 2.7 and my subscription is still current. Any ideas on what I can do.

Thanks

I'm getting kind of the same problem..

I go to download the new NOD32 through the registered software page. When I put it in, it doesn't give me an error or anything, it just stays there loading the page to download it, never finishes/brings up the prompt to save it.

Oops! There's no problem--the fault was completely mine. I was trying to download the security suite instead of the plain antivirus. Sorry for the confusion.

For the people who are still having a problem with obtaining build .563 of NOD32: You can try this link instead of the download1 server: http://download2.eset.com/download/win/eav/eav_nt32_enu.msi

Hopefully this link works for the people still having problems.
