No Confirmation e-mail

I registered today with my serial number and all the process of form fill to activate and it said I would get an email shortly but I never did, I checked my spam filter and it was off, bulk mail nothing there, I use a Yahoo mail, I din't get the confirmation E-mail and so cause of that I can't update the definitions, what should I do?

Hello Belmonth,

If you are using a trial version, you should be able to update until the trial runs out.

Did you purchase a license today? What serial number are you referring too?

Serial Number of the product, I brought a Disc and in the instructions it says to please fill the form at www.eset.com/register and to enter the Serial number that came with my disc wich is what I did, I filled the form and saw it said 15-1hr wait to get the email confirmation but it's been almost 6 hours now, and yeah brought my license today not online though.

If the serial number is absolutely correct , you shouldn't have to buy anything else after you fill out the form.-{ Quote: "brought my license today not online though." }-It may be that they are swamped or any number of reasons.

I usually give any software vendor twenty four hours to send my license no matter what they say on the website.

If the license doesn't arrive by then, I get concerned.

According to the registration link you posted, it shouldn't take more than 30 minutes to get an email confirmation. Being it's been more than 24 hours you should call ESET a.s.a.p.
