Tried to test SDFix & ComboFix on Clean System and ?

I tried to test SDFix and ComboFix on I suppose a clean system.

The fact is after these, Firefox asked for be the default browser, GesWall icon task bar disappeared and what else...

I Would like to know if some change are be made in the registry or...
