question about dropping back 2.7

I bought the suite but want to drop back to 2.7 can I do that with the username I have or do I have to contact ESET?

Probably be best to contact Eset but I believe your current license will NOT work w/2.7. If it were me, I'd do a complete uninstall, clean registery, and delete any eset folders, then do the reinstall using your OLD un/pw for 2.7. Almost sure that will work, but if it doesn't then you could contact Eset.
