Purchased But Not Recieved

I purchased PG on Friday. I sent an email to customer service, and still haven't heard anything. This has already been charged to my credit card, so I know everything is OK with that.

There was a company holiday at DCS which is now over, and in fact based upon the time zone they are in, it is the first workday morning for them right now there. I'd think they'll be sending out license keys very soon now.
