'Chise was a wonder-he will be missed.
Along with that whip snappin' humour of his ..
There are just too many threads of his to pick a favorite, but,
here's one-when we thought he was a renegade musician..:)

I'm so sorry to learn this news.
He was a very special person who had a knack for transforming sad situations or frustrating situations here in such a way that everyone laughed and no one took offence. He could vanquish the most self-important posters with a humorous remark that never failed to bring everything back into proper perspective.
(I just *know* he would have something to say about what it took for me to come back from a 2 year hiatus.)
I want to add my thoughts and prayers alongside those of Uguel, FanJ, beetlejuice and the rest of the Wilders family to all of his family.

I only noticed this thread NOW, shame on me...........I've known Cochise, seen him post on these forums; laughed and enjoyed the humour and content. Those were great days; when I was some 13 years old. His posts had a unique combination of wisdom and humour that I deeply enjoyed and appreciated.
It should go without saying that I will miss him a lot. I offer my heartlfelt condolences to his family and near and dear ones. :(

It's a fitting memorial really...
I just noticed that the first post in the "top" topic in this subforum was started by the chief. Long may it be a sticky.
